Volume 36 covers the major twist of the Water 7 arc , starting and ending with a fight against the Galley La Company
Luffy and Frank fight against Galley La giving them even more firm relativity , Frank ends the fight with a big attack but it does not hit anyone directly and does not do significant damage to the environment relative to the level of attack potency of the characters involved in the fight
Luffy going in this next fight is motivated which is important for the up and coming fight in the next volume
