One Piece Volume 35 : Captain

Vol 35 covers more of the Water 7 arc setting up the plot and involving a fight between The Franky family and the strawhats , Luffy vs Usopp , and Luffy vs Franky himself

Luffy uses a new attack during the fight against the Franky Family which would not be notable as Luffy comes up with new attacks all the time but this time it is juxtaposed to Zoro preforming a steel / iron cutting attack with Luffys attack also destroying a super thick iron armor , Luffy as been shattering steel and iron even before Zoro was which likely (and in later volumes definitively ) that this attack of Luffys is equal the Steel cutting level of  26.9179 PetaPascals multi-city block and as Luffy and Zoro has shown relativity with their previous named attacks clash we can either say this Luffy attack is equal to his other named attacks or that this is attack is stronger than the previously strongest named attack ( because of up and coming showings we will be going with this Gum Gum Cannon is greater than Gum Gum Bazooka even know they are very similar attacks only differing in how they build up there extra energy )

Luffy and Usopp engage in a battle for plot reasons and Luffy gets hit with a flash dial which probably support him not being light speed , Usopp than hits Luffy with a large explosion but as their is not much visible destruction so unfortunate it would give very low number is calced , Luffy than hits Usopp with a Gum Gum Pistol which does significant damage to Usopp but does not one shot him showing almost everyone is Low relative to the attack potency of the Level of attack of Gum Gum Pistol , Luffy than tries to hit Usopp with a Gum Gum Bazooka and it is absorbed and emitted as pure energy into Luffy showing Luffys Durability is also relative to this level off attack which is weirdly not something that can be assumed easily as Luffy could just be tanking the force of his own attack via his blunt force invulnerability / near invulnerability like in the case where he was squished by a mountain being placed on him with out taking any damage from the squishing

Luffy than has a fight will Franky himself with Luffy still being mad from the Franky and the Franky family beat up on of his crew and Franky being mad at Luffy for beating up the Franky family , there is a little back and forth and Franky is reveled to be a cyborg but than the manga cuts away from the fight and when it cuts back to the fight they are at a new location and there is damage to the soundings imply this fight is going high relative but we only get a couple of actual attacks from Luffy and Franky with we seeing Franky tank a Gum Gum whip before they are interrupted by the Galley-La Company which is the end of the Volume
