One Piece Volume 34 : The City of Water, Water 7

Vol 34 covers the end of The long Ring Long Land Arc and the start of The Water 7 Arc

Luffy Sanji and Zoro also known as The Monster Trio tries to fight Admiral Aokiji and are all basically one shot by his Ice abilities

Aokiji was also able to to freeze what is described as "A Continent" amount of sea water instantly turning it to ice which is probably the biggest feat we have seen so far

their are some way to attempt to quantify this feat but their is not standard " Continent" size that can be implied simply by the use of the word "Continent" , same apples to when words like "island" or "mountain" are used , and unlike with fire abilities we really can't use the destructive capacity / equivalence of the Ice feats to estimate a need level of "coldness " like we can with fire and heat feat where we can say the fire or what ever would need to be "X hot " to achieve the feat as the limit of " coldness " is absolute zero . but what we can do is assume that massive ice feast are energy obsession feats which is more in line with hax than conventional character stats

but as this feat is irreverent to the current scaling in the series it will only be revisited and quantized if it ever becomes reverent

the rest of the volume is the set up and introduction of water 7 with a little bit of fighting that isn't enough yet to effect the scaling
