Enel is able to use Raigo to destroy an island with vapor being visible after words , what has been traditionally been used to justify Vaporization but even so the Raigo expands very little meaning at most it would be a couple time higher than the Vaporization of rock which would be wall to small building level in attack potency , with this being an attack that take set up and no buddy notable getting hit by it means it also scales no where , the only meaning to calcing this feat would to get a really big destructive capacity number
