Luffy defeats Enel with a Gum Gum Golden Rifle , which some how seems to be even faster than his normal Gum Gum Rifle which this was done with a massive weight on Luffy's arm meaning how massive his fist is isn't much of limiting factor on how fast Luffy is throwing his fist and this was fast by Enels standards which likely means fast compared to lightning speed or with our scaling fast compared to 126% the speed of lightning

we don't get much of Long ring Long Land in this Volume but we do get the introduction of the greatest villein in all of one Piece FOXY !
