the important qualities that define a character's capabilities are most often Speed, Power, and durability they almost make up a trinity of Power scaling but they are often simplified to the point of paper rock scissors, so here is a un-simplified breakdown of each quality
Intrinsic and Extrinsic
Speed , Power, and Durability can be Intrinsic or Extrinsic to a thing or Character , a thing or Character usually always has an Intrinsic Speed , Power, and Durability, which is the Speed , Power, and Durability of their natural or unaffected state, Extrinsic Speed, Power, and Durability is Speed, Power, and Durability that is alter from the thing or characters natural Speed , Power, and Durability usually from things like a transformation or enhancement from a power system
Speed
Attack Speed is the speed at which an attack moves
Continuous Combat Movement Speed is the speed at which an individual moves well engaging in a fight, including an individual's ability to dodge
Spontaneous Movement Speed is the speed at which an individual moves over a short period of time, a short period of time will be considered less than or equal to 30 seconds, or over a short distance, a short distance will be considered less than or equal to 40 meters
Travel speed is the speed at which an individual moves over a long period of time, a long period of time will be considered greater than or equal to 1 hour, or over a long distance, a long distance will be considered greater than or equal to 1000 meters
Reaction Speed is the speed at which an individual can respond to an action
Perception Speed is the speed at which an individual can take in information and comprehend it
Speed Negation is an aspect of a thing or ability that causes any or all of the qualities of a thing's speed to become ineffective against it
Power
the Attack Power of an attack is the Attack Potency which is the strength of an attack based on the pressure it can release
Destructive Capacity of an attack is the capacity of an attack to destroy stuff or the amount of stuff that could possibly be destroyed by an attack, and is independent to the intensity of an attack which is Attack Potency
Power Negation is an aspect of a thing or ability that causes any or all of the qualities of a thing's Power to become ineffective against it
Durability
Durability is the largest amount of pressure a thing can take before it is deformed or damaged
Conventional Durability is a term that is nearly identical to what a Intrinsic Durability of thing would be, but is more precisely about the Durability of the externals of the body of a character and its resistances to physical damage as opposed
to resistances to other things like heat or electricity
Durability Negation is an aspect of a thing or ability that causes any or all of the qualities of Durability to become ineffective against it
