As directly from Wikipedia "  speed (commonly referred to as v) of an object is the magnitude of the change of its position over time or the magnitude of the change of its position per unit of time; it is thus a scalar quantity. " i.e. speed is necessarily distance over time

Magnitude is "  the displayed result of an ordering (or ranking) of the class of objects to which it belongs " or simply " The magnitude of any number x is usually called its absolute value or modulus, denoted by | x |  "

The absolute value (or modulus) | x | of a real number x is the non-negative value of x without regard to its sign. meaning the absolute value of -3 is 3 so

 |5|distance /|1| time = 5 speed

 |-5|distance /|1| time = 5 speed

 |5|distance /|-1| time = 5 speed

|-5| distance /|-1|time = 5 speed

As both distance and time are Absolute Values, negative numbers do not "break the speed formula."

And as how the ratio or fraction 10/2 = the ratio or fraction 5/1

anything greater than 0 all the way to ∞, divided by 0 =  ∞ denoted by Limit of x ---> 0 for 1/X = ∞

and as ∞ divided by any finite number less than  ∞ =  ∞

meaning that  ∞/0 =  ∞/1 or 2 or any number but  ∞ are all equal to ∞ speed

which categorically makes Infinite speed and  Inaccessible Speed  equivalent

well,  Immeasurable Speed is "Movement unbound from the flow of linear time, which cannot be measured."

The normal movement through time is 1 second per second, or said more simply, every time a second passes, you move through time by a second

If you want to "move" to 1 year into the future ( the forward direction of time ) at 1sec/sec, you would have to wait 31,556,952 seconds, and if you " moved" through time at 2 sec/sec you would only have to wait 15,778,476 seconds, and if you "moved" at 0 sec/sec you would never reach 1 year into the future or even a second into the future and if you move at -2 sec/sec you would not just be frozen in the present but be moving into the past which is a change in direction, -2 sec/sec is still a measure of change in magnitude so the rate in change is |-2| sec/sec or 2 sec/sec and the negative here just represents the change in direction and to be able to move into the past is being " unbound from the flow of linear time"

A character who could be at any point in time instantly would be a character who travels through time at ∞ sec/sec that can change their direction in time

if a character can change their location in time without occupying the time in between, it is temporal teleportation

if we substitute Distance as Time, then Immeasurable speed can be a Speed or S = T1/T2 where T1 is equivalent distance and T2 is Real Time but being " unbound from the flow of linear time" requires a change in direction, speed and a change in direction is Velocity, meaning Immeasurable speed is Immeasurable temporal Velocity and as we shown it to be measurable, immeasurable is a misnomer , and as it requires being any when instantly it is Infinite temporal Velocity

Irrelevant  Speed is qualitatively outside of Distance, meaning not being or having  Distance. Distance is a defining aspect of speed  i.e. Irrelevant speed is invalid under the most basic of logic for being a speed
