Volume 26 continues the the Skypiea arc

Luffy , Zoro , and Sanji are hit by the same attack by the same person and are all damage equally , well they were weakened by the the thin air this shouldn't effect their durability but even if so it should effect them all to an equally degree

Luffy is able to react to Lighting and Gan Fall with Pierre the Sky Dot Bird who ate the Horse Horse Fruit are able to fly in and save Luffy and Conis before they can be harmed
Pierre would have to move into the middle then out of the middle of the massive lighting strike which is 169px / 477px = 35.4297% the speed of the Lighting, VSBW has lighting at Mach 1282.798834 and One Piece doesn't have a diegetic explanation of how fast it as a series thinks lighting is and unlike "Speed of Light " it " Speed of Lightning" is not a standard measurement like meters , seconds , kilograms etc. etc. where the standard meaning is so unambiguous that we should strongly infer that what is being communicated is the specific measurement
so until we have diegetic speed for lighting in a series we will represent the speed as percentages of the speed of lightning followed by parentheses with the vsbw equivalent or " 35.4297% the speed of the Lighting ( Mach 454.4926 in VSBW ) "
