Chapter 227

Sanji is able to dodge bullets at point blank ranges , the offical translation has sanji saying "he missed" but the raw Japanese says " 当たってねェよ!" which just mean " it didn't hit "

making him around 385m/s supersonic or even much higher if compared to the small distance the bullet needs to move down the barrel to reach Sanji's head and the distance Sanji's body rotated in the same time

Chapter 232

Bellamy (240 cm) bounces between some very tall building easily traveling 100s of meters in a single panel / second with the people around saying he has disappeared with them only seeing the after math of each jump and a few panels later he is moving so fast that the panel is nothing but speed lines possibility being dozens of times faster then the previous speed , being 1000s of meters per second or a dozen or so times faster then sound

both the speed feats here in Vol 25 could be driven into with more depth but would be quickly made into wasted effort with the up and coming lightning related speed feats
