Vol 5 For Whom the Bell Tolls doesn't really have much that is feat related, it covers the rest of the fight between Luffy and Kuro well Zoro finishes of amped Buchi and rescues Usopp , the end of the syrup island arc and the start of the Baratie arc , so instead of covering some calcs, this article will just be going over some aspects of general power scaling related content in this Volumes
Luffy and Kuro Relativity
Luffy and Kuro are both able to dodge each others attack speed and luffy seems not be able to keep up with Kuro "Stealth foot" speed

After Luffy and Kuro Start to fight seriously

Kuro is able to damage Luffy with his sum what pointy shoe, as Luffy's Gum Gum fruit nullifies blunt damage which explains why it can do damage to him, and as it isn't orders of magnitude smaller in area like a blade, means Kuro does scale to at least Luffy's MQP of 1.9634 TeraPascals wall level
Luffy is able to " track" the stealth foot, which could just be a prediction Battle IQ feat rather than a perception or speed feat

looking into the Raw Japanese
"あいつ・・・
"抜き足"の速さに
ついていき
やがった!!! "
it does not say he "tracked" the Stealth foot but directly says it's the Stealth foot Speed
" he......
the "Stealth foot'" speed
able to reach
what !!! "
or
What..... he's able to reach the speed of the "Stealth foot"!!!!
Kuro can reach an even higher speed, which he can not fully control, that luffy is only able to counter after being hit by it once and then again, in which he grabs at Kuro and slams him to the ground, meaning luffy only loosely scales to its attack speed
Luffy then grabs Kuro before he can activate his ability again, then hits him with a Gum Gum Bell , an attack that functions the same as the Gum Gum Pistol, meaning it should be at least 5.8902 TeraPascals small building level, which lays out Kuro

Luffy then also passes out, ultimately being the winner of the battle, with all the important parts of the fight being analyzed. Luffy at the minimum scales to the speed of "stealth foot " in combat and attack speed, and overall is high relative in speed to Kuro, well Kuro's attack potency is high relative to Luffy's attack potency and durability, and as Luffy won the Fight, in general fight capability Kuro Is extremely high relative to luffy
Power Scaling Recap

Zoro standing at this point is unclear, he could be less than, greater than, or equal to Buggy or Kuro and Luffy, but we do know he is at least greater than Captain Morgan and 32.71 GigaPascals wall level
