Vol 10 covers the raid on Arlong park
Zoro and Sanji defeats their opponents
Sanji indicates that Arlong ( and hence luffy ) is on a whole other level from the Fishmen he faced, which likely also includes the Fishmen Zoro faced as well which they both only defeated with great difficulty, Zoro is injured so he would likely have had an easier time facing the Fishmen he did if he were not injured but how much we want to say his combat capabilities are effected is a coin toss
Arlong takes 3 big hits from Luffy and a Gum Gum Gatling, which is a bunch of little hits , that do seemingly nothing to him, putting his durability at 7.8536 TeraPascals or small building level
Luffys punch shatters Arlong's teeth which are stronger than steel
