Considerations

Haku and the speed of light

this is the scan that is used to assert that Haku is the speed of light and as Sasuke was able to react to this ability of Haku that he has light speed reaction speed

so we have got the scan translated our self

and the scan does say it is possible for Haku to move light speed and the the light speed is impossible to see which rules out Sasuke reaction speed scaling to it , but we can be more precise in that it say it is possible and that the possibility is fulfilled Haku is visible on all the mirror at once so all the other instances of the ability that are not the instance of being on all the mirror are less then light speed, we could try to calc the minimum distance that would have to be cover to move to each mirror and compare that to the distance move in the non- light speed movements of the ability to get a maximum for the speed of the non light speed movements but as far as we know the normal speed increase is 10x and the increase in speed that gets Haku to light speed is 1,000,000x,

Further evidence that Sasuke does not scale to the light speed movement or the non light speed movement is that Haku lists several of Sasuke amazing qualities and not even one of them is reaction speed

another claim made in support of Sasuke scaling is " he say he was able to see the moment " usually present with this scan

Stronger Sasuke or weaker Clones ?

Sasuke in Vol 2 is defeated with no difficulty by a single water clone but in Vol 3 he instantly defeats 5 water clones instantly , this could either mean Sasuke got massively stronger or the clones got massively weaker or that Sasuke in Vol 2 was this strong but was still stunned by being fear haxed by Zabuza
