based on kakuzu vs the Rasenshuriken the inner diameter of Rasenshuriken stays condensed until the explosion




the inner diameter of Rasenshuriken 22.6461cm and here is 84px/987px = 8.5106% , 8.5106% of 70 degrees is 5.9574 degrees
height of the middle of the tattoo 2.6488cm and here is 34.8px/987px = 3.5258% , 3.5258% of 70 degrees is 2.468 degrees
the head of Ay is pretty much in line with the Rasenshuriken so we simply have to subtract the distances POV to Rasenshuriken 217.6044 - POV to Ay 61.4816 = 156.1228cm but some of that is taken up by the Rasenshuriken its self , 156.1228cm - total Rasenshuriken radius 96.0352cm = 60.0876cm
when the Rasenshuriken cover that distance Ay cover its radius or 96.0352cm / 60.0876cm = Ay is 1.5982x faster
