Truly the Strongest In the East Blue

Don Krieg is the first to take on a pistol/bullet and get back up , the difference between the Gum Gum Pistol and Gum Gum Bullet is that a Gum Gum Bullet is just a Gum Gum Pistol plus the force from running, which stretches Luffy's arm backward and forward, which we will be taking as 100% more energy added to the Gum Gum Pistol or 400% of a normal punch

Don Kriegs Spear's blade is able to take 5 hits before it shattered meaning it's slightly above the strength of Luffy's punches meaning the limit it can increase the intensity of an attack before it starts deforming is slightly above 1.9634 TeraPascals Wall level, The Spear also has an explosive attack that deals significant damage to Luffy which almost knocked him out which as the explosive doesn't break the blade makes it slightly stronger than 1.9634 TeraPascals Wall level and as the rest of the pear is made of Kriegs armor the limit of its strength is the Strength of what Don Krieg calls " Wootz metal "

Don Kriegs armor is able to tank the strongest hits from Luffy , Gum Gum Bullet 7.8536 TeraPascals, slowly taking little damage until it breaks, placing the strength of the Wootz metal above 7.8536 TeraPascals Small building level , meaning we can extrapolate that as the spear does not break when it is using it's explosive attack that the strength of the explosive attack is between 1.9634 TeraPascals- 7.8536 TeraPascals meaning Luffys durability is around 1-4x his basic attack strength or Attack potency, this could not be concluded before because it is possible that luffy could deliver an attack that is greater then his durability but have the negative effects nullified by his immunity to blunt damage

Don Krieg gets slammed by Luffy into the deck of the Baratie knocking him out and Luffy passes out probably from blood loss but then Don Krieg gets back up again, Don Krieg isn't able to land a direct hit on Luffy but is able to overwhelm him this is extensive arsenal and his physical strength, ultimately if in a vacuum Don Krieg would, and in our story kind of, won the fight as if Gin didn't then Knock Krieg back out and no one else was there Don Krieg would be the one left standing at the end of the day, earning his title as the strongest in the East Blue
