Vol 3 Things That Can't Be Faked doesn't have anything feat related it covers the rest of the fight between Luffy and Buggy , the Island of strange creatures mini sub arc , and the start of the syrup village arc, before any of the fighting, so instead of covering some calcs, this article will just be going over some of the functions of Luffy's Devil fruit abilities and the other aspects of general power scaling related content in this and the previous 2 Volumes

Gum Gum Fruit

When Luffy throws a Gum Gum Pistol attack, he can throw it like an normal punch or he can throw his arm back with 100% of his force, storing the energy as elastic potential energy, then pulling his hand back with100% of his force, imparting more energy into the attack, then accelerating his arm forward like a normal punch adding that force to the attack , meaning if his normal punch is 100% power his Gum Gum Pistol is 300% power or a 3x power increase to the minimum quantifiable power (MQP) of 1.9634 TeraPascals making the Gum Gum Pistol's MQP 5.8902  TeraPascals or small Building level

Luffy's Gum Gum Bazooka is eccentrically 2 Gum Gum Pistols at once, meaning it is also 3x in Attack Potency, well having double the force of the Gum Gum Pistol, well also having significant knock back on its target as it is more of a shove than a punch

Zoro

Zoro has yet to do anything impressive, he has not gotten any indicators yet of being equal to luffy, besides this panel of them standing together, which is a stretch

Zoro holds off 8 marines, which puts him at a minimum of 80 Doriki , a power level system that will be introduced far later in the series

Nami

Nami is clearly far below Luffy and Zoro, with her pretty much considering them surviving the attacks they do as beyond human

Villein Roundup

Alvida was one shot, Captain Morgan took several good hits, and Buggy took even more hits from Luffy

There are more underlings of the villeins that could be mentioned and compared, but that would just be a "Person A is less than Person B " etc etc, that does not directly connect back to the quantifiable feats, which can just be seen by reading the chapters
